Beginning February 13 the 4th grade students will be attending swimming lessons. Lessons last for two weeks and students are asked to bring a towel, suit, and a plastic bag to put their wet clothes in each day.

All Moffitt students and families are invited to family swim night at SPLASH. There is no cost for Moffitt families to participate. The fun begins at 4:30. Families are welcome to come between 4:30 and 5:30 to enjoy the free swim time. Families are welcome to stay past 5:30, but must check-in before 5:30 to get in for free.

There will be no school on January 27, 2012. It is a teacher work day.
Skate World Family Fun Night is November 10th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Bring your family to skate for free! Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Hope to see you there.
There will be no school on November 3rd and 4th due to parent teacher conferences. Conferences will run from 12 noon until 8 pm on Thursday, November 3rd and from 8 am until noon on November 4th. We look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions please call your child’s teacher.
There will be no school on Friday, October 28th. This is a teacher collaboration day.
There will be NO SCHOOL on May 27th due to budget cuts. Monday May 30th is also a no school day due to the Memorial Day holiday. Have a safe weekend!
Moffitt Family Involvement Team members are hosting a fundraising night and their May meeting at Springfield Papa’s Pizza on May 16th. Bring your flyer into Papa’s Pizza on May 16th and Moffitt will earn 50% of the value of the food you purchase! The flyers are available at the school office and are valid ALL DAY. The F.I.T meeting will begin at 6:30pm at the Springfield restaurant, all parents are welcome to attend.
These fundraising monies will be directed towards school needs and activities supported by the Family Involvement Team.
